What Silviu Marian U dislikes about Yengeç:
The food was definitely overpriced compared to how good it was. They forgot to bring some of it and we had to cancel that part of the order. They didn't even ask (or give us the menu) if we would want dessert or tea at the end. One of the worst food experiences in Türkiye for me. View all feedback.

Very delicious and big portions. Pricing was reasonable considering the taste, location and other restaurants. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Excellent experience. Food: all the mezes are perfection, traditional yet elevated with a twist. Try as much as you can. We got the barbun fish, calamari and shrimp all exceptional. We got a revani dessert very traditional yet elevated unorthodoxly with kiwis Service: they gove you space but also very attentive make sure to make a reservation if not might be hard to get a table Atmosphere: amazing view, only bad part is they allow smoking in the outdoor area try to get the very first tables at the entrance for view Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
After many years, road took us to Urla by chance so we had to visit Yengec again. But to our surprise their prices have sky rocketed with the popularity of Urla I guess. 35ccs of Tekirdag priced at 1650TL which is robbery at this point. We have eaten 5 tapas(meze) which 2 of them were half portioned. 2 small pieces of fried shrimp, 2 pieces of fish meatballs, half portion of calamari and 1 piece of fried sardine. As you can see there are no main dishes at all. We were 2 and paid 4400tl for it. They were good but not that great for these price points. To be honest if we were to go here for some odd reason which I doubt it, not going to order any alcoholic beverages. Very pricey place which does not worth it. Also, waiters will lie to you when you see that 10% charge is a tax thing, it isn’t. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺1,000+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This must be a scam. Sorry, but I have to say something to help protect fellow tourists to Urla. My teenage daughters and I went for dinner last night. We ordered (in total) 3 mezzes: chile green beans, yogurt, and parsley salad. We ordered 3 tempura shrimp and one red snapper to share. Also, one Efes beer and a bottle of water. That’s it. The bill was 6400tl$194.00 usd. There were no prices on anything, and I concede that’s my bad. But I was thinking maybe $15 for the apps, $10 for 3 shrimp, and maybe $30 tops for a snapper and a beer. So maybe $55 or $60, tops. And it’s $194? Instead, the mezzes were $40, the shrimp $15 each (I do mean single, small shrimp), the beer $10 and the snapper $100.00? No. Not in Beverly Hills or Manhattan or anywhere else. Best I can say is that we had a fantastic meal for $60 and the restaurant hustled, dare I say robbed me of over $130. The food was great, but this put a damper on a beautiful evening with my daughters. I can highly recommend this restaurant! It is situated right at the fishermen's harbour of this cosy little town. I've enjoyed a very delicious fish (Levrek), served with a nice choice of vegetable and a salad. Of course I didn't miss to drink a Glas of Rakı

It was really bad! Extremely bad! Prices are very high compare to what you get! Quality is low, even regular street seafood places could offer better quality with 1/3 of the price. Service was terrible! Food was terrible! All I wanna say is avoid such place and spend your money on quality places like Ferdi Baba in Cesme or Alacati! This place was one of the biggest regrets for me
A must visit place . Really tasty food , perfect service and cozy atmosphere!!!
One of the oldest fish restaurants in Urla, a great selection of meze, fish wine. Great view, amazing service too, the prices are high but well deserved. Make sure to have a reservation. We had a table on the terrace but more close to the inside and it was very very hot so when you do reservation, ask for a table more close to the sea.
