Great service by staff, morning staff Mikki and Sherry make it a priority to greet the customers as they enter the restaurant with a friendly smile! Mikki and Sherry go above and beyond to help out customers that need assistance! They get items ahead of time if the know what the customer purchases regularly. Justin the Manager greets customers and chats with them if time permits. Justin works hard to make sure the customers are properly taken care of! It wasn't as crowded as I anticipated, but I believe it's the best Panera patio around. The service was quick, thanks to my Sip subscription. However, while the iced coffee is decent, I'm curious about how to get Butternut added to my iced options, or if there are other flavors available. Additionally, the large lids are never convenient when getting the largest iced drinks with the Sip.
