Toraji Ikspiari - Urayasu-shi

I went to the same restaurant on the same day last year, but this time the experience was not good and the service from the staff was not very friendly. I know I need to do everything on my tablet, but even though I don't rely on water on the tablet, please bring me some when I ask for it. To be honest, I felt angry when I was asked to order water again on the tablet.

Ordering through a touch panel, receiving dishes at the counter, and still not being satisfied with the 10% service charge. When I tried to talk to what seemed like the manager at the cashier, they seemed to be only concerned with their earpiece, not hearing my voice. When I spoke again, they took out their earpiece and asked, "Yes?" It seems like they don't have any intention of communicating with customers. What is this service charge even for? On the plus side, the meat was delicious.

This was my second visit, and once again, the food was delicious. While the prices may not be cheap, the taste definitely exceeded the price, so I was very satisfied. However, I wish that the platters like the tray mix had the types of cuts labeled, as it was difficult to tell just by looking at them. It would be helpful if the cuts were written on the plates or something. Despite this, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, so overall, I was very happy with my experience.
