the service and support were excellent. they have introduced online ordering, which is a real pain and much slower. we needed help to complete our order 3 times! Moreover, the system only allows paypal or credit card, but then charges extra fee. the very helpful waiting forces informed us that they tried to remove this. so sure not convenient or efficient for customers or employees at the moment. the meals were reaso... The staff and management never fail to suprise me in the hospitality friendliness and generosity every time i have stayed here eaten here and drank here. I have stayed here 26 times that's not nights that's just checked in) and i have only ever had one complaint and that was dealt with very quickly. Thankyou Rebecca and Ali and all your staff and i will continue to stay here and recommend this establishment for a long time. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2017
Great place and the food at the restaurant is the best. What makes it a great place is the staff. Always happy and friendly.
The food service are excellent. Simon that was working on the floor was fantastic. Very friendly accomodating couldn’t of asked for better service. Highly recommend.
This restaurant is amazing with delicious food and exceptional staff. I visit every month and travel all over Queensland, eating and staying at many places, but none are better all round than Kondari Resort. Thank you to Ali, Tee, Miss Tiara, and Kerrie - you guys are the best!
