The Upton, MA location really needs to improve their employee training! Every single time I place an order, something goes wrong. My orders are quite straightforward, yet they still get messed up. I genuinely try to steer clear of the Upton location because of this, but its convenience pulls me back in. Today was the final straw—I couldn't hold back my frustration any longer.
