The person mopping clearly wasn’t doing a good job and seemed to have taken a lengthy break according to other staff members. In addition, there was trash left on the tables, including a Dunkin' Donuts hat. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The worst DD I have ever bought from. Every time the order the food is slapped together . Ordered mini bagels they were Cold! They forgot to warm them up! The f... read more The worst DD I have ever bought from. Every time the order the food is slapped together . Ordered mini bagels they were Cold! They forgot to warm them up! The food is poorly prepared mostly burnt. I contacted the store I could not speak to a manager I contacted DD corporate and they said they would have someone call me and they never did. This store should just shut down. I drive an extra five minutes out of my way to avoid going here. The worst!!!

Often other locations will forget to switch out the cheese or will always forget the bakery order but we don’t have that problem here. Thank you for being our local dunkin! I honestly try to avoid the Upton location as much as possible, but it really is convenient. Today was the last straw, I had to complain.
