Despite a clean and bright atmosphere with tight parking, this restaurant’s customer service leaves much to be desired. Multiple patrons report rude, impatient, and inattentive staff, with several incidents of employees displaying frustration and dismissiveness, even toward simple requests and normal customer interactions. While most staff seem overwhelmed or uninterested, one employee stands out for exceptional service, creating beautifully crafted sandwiches with a friendly attitude. Overall, the inconsistent and often negative experience overshadows the quality of food, making this spot a gamble for those seeking pleasant dining.

Update 12:15 Thursday June 1, 2023.It was fairly busy. 3 artists working on orders. One artist who is often loud, was not pleasant at all. I've experienced this same person with this same attitude before. This time, she rudely told 2 customers that their talking was distracting her. These customers were just having a normal conversation in a foreign language. Apparently, per the reviews, I'm not the only one who has issues with this!After witnessing this, I walked out. I won't be back!The building was clean and bright.Parking is tight.
I placed an order through the app, and unfortunately, I encountered the same issues I've had in the past with staff not following directions. First, I applied a 20% coupon to my total, but it didn’t apply any discount. Second, it indicated that my order was ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. Third, I specified that all subs should be toasted, including the wrap, but the wrap, which was for my child, was not toasted. Lastly, my sub was missing tomatoes and olives, even though I had ordered them. Additionally, there should be an option to withhold the tip for poor service. I left a decent tip, but they still managed to mess up my order.
The manager was incredibly rude. I was cursed at for asking for Provolone cheese, which they didn’t have.
We were disappointed to find that they were out of wraps and breads, so we decided to leave. The customer service was lacking.
Came here for lunch after online ordering failed. I realize that is not the employee 's faults but after I said 'I tried ordering online a few times and it wasn 't working just thought y 'all should know ' the lady, Alicia ? , was EXTREMELY rude. She started fussing about how it 's not down and they have been pushing orders out and there 's nothing she can do. I let that slide cause I get it, she seemed stressed but I was not referencing it was anyone 's fault. What I didn 't let slide is how she was throwing all the customers food around acting like a child quite frankly. She was very rude when I was talking to the other employee putting toppings on and was pretty much screaming. I asked for extra cheese on my sub and Alicia was not happy. She started getting loud with me about how my sub already had extra cheese and I should of asked for that before it was toasted but I told her I liked the cheese cold. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The Subway in the Pilot gas station has never been like this and neither has this location until today.
