An apology would be nice, as I realize these mistakes can happen. I have been informed that this is not the first time an order has been confirmed for pick-up but then not ready on the day of.

She was craving a coconut cake not only did they make a wonderful coconut cake that she really enjoyed but he did it and had it ready for me the next day, even though they were closed. We actually ended up purchasing another one because it was like the cake that all of my aunts had grown up. Both were delicious and the customer service went above and beyond.
