The food was very fresh. The staff pleasant. A bit more sauce over the rice and cabbage would have been good. It was dry and hard to swallow. The chicken was nice though. View all feedback.
What BNE JADE doesn't like about Teppanyaki Lovers:
Order a Noodle omelette... on top part...bland and dry, and I do mean really really dry, almost like eating raw flour....try to eat from the bottom of the bowl and see if any better with more source...there is no source but still taste extremely salty...all noodle stick together...yes again like flour My daughter order the fish on rich, fish was under cook. Again it’s bland and dry. I don’t know how to describe how b... View all feedback.
I've never checked this before I had the opportunity to have a quick lunch in street to go. Actually, there are too many elements that are offered on the menu, so it was hard to make a decision. suddenly a picture of omurice came into my head because I saw a TV program that it didn't talk about long ago, so ordered it with seafood version. it took a while to finish my order. it was quite different from my impression. the chef simply cooked the roasted rice in the hot plate and put an egg omelet on it instead of the roasted rice wrapped in the omelette. also some of the rice were burned. a very disappointed experience.
Think that's an old menu, missing a few things. My first okonomiyaki. Order cheese upgrades and think they replace egg and teig with cheese. monsters that compared to others I have seen. good part of meat, good car and one of the best, if not the best I have eaten on the road. other options are good quality. I would recommend to sit outside the eighth street if they want more space away is the liveliness.
Service was relatively quick and friendly. street has the cool Asian street market vibe which is fun, but at the end of the day it is still a shopping centre food court and not a destination dining experience. I made my choice by what was busy- Teppenyaki Lovers was definitely outselling its competitors. The food was a bit hit and miss. The vegie tempura was fresh and tasty, so were the other bento box accompaniments. The yakisoba- the main part of the meal, however, was cold, not very fresh, gelatinous and unappealing. Would try somewhere else next time.
Been here a few times. The wait is usually minutes. If they're busy, you can end up waiting even longer. The quality of the food isn't amazing but portion size is huge. Quantity over quality seems to be their motto. I like to be stingy so a big meal that tastes decent for cheap is fine by me. I usually get katsu chicken on rice or on noodles. The chicken is quite obviously cheap but it's crunchy and covered in sauce so tastes great. I've got a pretty big appetite but a regular sized meal from here leaves me feeling sick if I manage to finish it. Matcha frappe is so good but would not be able to drink it all if I have a meal from here too.
Nobody told me that my dish was ready to collect even they were not busy I thought the counter may don't know how to speak numbers in English
