However, I went in on Saturday and received dry, old chicken, and there was no gravy for my mashed potatoes. I was telling my brother how fresh the food typically is while taking the 5-mile detour to get there, only to be disappointed. To the District or Regional Manager: please bring this establishment back up to standard. Customers are not satisfied with the current performance of this KFC.

They never informed me that biscuits were unavailable, or I would have left rather than endure this disappointing experience. The fries were dry and crunchy, as if they had been left out all day. The mac and cheese had a layer of orange residue, indicating it was past its prime. Although the chicken looked fine, I was too apprehensive to eat it due to the clear lack of attention to the other items.

Over the y... read more I've consistently had a wonderful experience at this KFC location. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist, which really lifts your spirits. Over the years, I've loved stopping by for some chicken after my workouts. Unlike many other KFCs, this one at Watkins Park offers grilled chicken, which was a delightful surprise. Be sure to try the chicken pot pie, and don’t forget to take home a mini chocolate chip or lemon cake for dessert!

The customer service is decent, but they should avoid just handing over the bag and closing the window without providing a receipt. Why is it that KFC seems reluctant to give receipts? I don't get it, and I'd like to understand their reasoning for withholding them.
