Set an online order at 7 a.m. to 8/27/2020. At 9:15, no delivery yet. I called the store at 8 a.m. and talked to someone who cut me off and rushed me off the phone because they apparently were busy with 30 orders that were secured in the store and only 2 drivers. That's not my fault. I called back and canceled my order at 9:15. I got a call back to say it was at my door at 7:45. There was no food at my door when I ch... View all feedback.
Set an online order at 7 a.m. to 8/27/2020. At 9:15, no delivery yet. That's not my fault. I called back and canceled my order at 9:15. I got a call back to say it was at my door at 7:45. There was no food at my door when I checked at 8:00 and there was no food at my door when I checked at 8:30 and there was no food when I checked at 9:15 after the call. Bad customer service and totally unacceptable delivery time. Will never order here again.
Set an online order to 10/11/20 at 8:25 while watching the NBA Finals. My order was delivered at 8:57. Driver named Ieshia came up at 10:11 and said she called me and waited for a long time 1 minute. I literally called her back 1 min later and she said I won't deliver your pizza. She said I'm from the clock and someone else will have to deliver you pizza in another hour. She continued to be rude and cursed, but I prepaid and tipped the driver before I even got a service! I had to go to Dominos, who was 5 minutes away to pick up my own pizza and ask for a refund that was another gate! I'll never order again. Be careful! Customer service is a joke and does not exist. I'll go on with corporate!
Everything was excellent. On time when I picked it up. BBQ wings where great. Pan pizza nice and hot! Veggie sandwich also nice and hot.
Damnit I should have read the reviews. Welp, I no longer which to ever order from Dominoes again. Hope the location falls under hard times. The chicken wings were laughable. What are those? And the pizza was made with Hate in someone's heart. Just terrible stuff. So bad, I had to take pics. One chicken wing wasnt even bigger than my pinky. $20 wasted. Lesson learned. If you are reading this, you likely got screwed too. Just forget they exist but write the review.
Cheese pizza fantastic but meat lovers a little salty. Service was great.
