Wawa Food Market - Upper Darby

I had a bad experience with this location today and I don't see myself going back. The situation has been rectified and I am Very Pleased. Thank You Steve.

I’ve only visited this place once, but I found it to be very nice and clean. The cashier was friendly as well. Although it’s a small Wawa, it can get quite busy at times, but it still has a pleasant atmosphere. During my visit, the store was well stocked. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Wawa employees and managers seem unable to read orders correctly, often failing to bag the right items and ensure that everything ordered is included. Additionally, they charge for delivery even when the purchase meets or exceeds the minimum for free delivery, despite what the app indicates about no delivery fee.

The Wawa app has been recently updated, allowing you to redeem your Wawa rewards and conveniently pick up your purchases in-store without going through the checkout line.

The bathroom here is one of the most disgusting I've ever been to anywhere. The urinal hasn't been cleaned in literally several months. It smells so awful its nauseating, and theres algae and or mold growing in it. If a business doesn't clean it's bathroom it doesnt clean its kitchen either. The shocking thing to me is that corporate or the district manager doesn't even go there to check up on things, not even quarterly? This makes me question every other wawa if they cant even keep this basic level of oversight on their businesses.
