Pizza Hut - Upper Darby

We were in the area and stopped to get our pizza bags (because there is no in Buffalo, NY area). The manager, Mike was AWESOME! We told him where they came from and he bought our pizza! Great customer service and food was also amazing! Definitely recommend when you are in the area! Restaurant was very clean and staff were excellent. Come on, Bills!

I've been here four times since they were reopened. I have to say every time that I was always very helpful to Jerome. My first visit was right when they were reopened, and there were many problems/clinics that the store still needed to find out. Jerome's Customer Service is top notch.. It feels like he's working for the pizza hut for years. Will definitely visit this place all due to Jerome's great service. He is kind with his greetings patients with customers, fast with his service and extremely knowledgeable. Cudos to him. Please make sure he knows he's appreciated.

We made a late order right before closing and they still took our order. the food was a good quality. they might have been kind, but they weren't quite mean. You were so. However, it can be because we have an order right before closing.

My rating should be a 4.8 because the pizza was lukewarm, BUT the Cinnabon Mini Rolls were still hot. Everything was still very delicious, so Im giving a 5* rating! I still highly recommend! Thanks!!

I usually like my pizza, but it was so so oily Edges has extra tomato sauce more than it should, less cheese when it close to the edges, looks like it is about to get burned, taste is not i used to from Pizza Hut. Driver came quicky even in rain that was fantastic, but Pizza Hut is not cheap for this low quality
