My waitress was totall... read more I had a grand experience at IHop in Upper Darby, PA this morning. Customer service was on point. Something that lacks in today’s society. My waitress was totally awesome. My husband stepped out before our meal arrives and she made sure it was hot and ready when he returned. The staff displayed positive energy. I loved it!

They then suggested an alternative, but after another 15-minute wait, we were told that they didn’t have that option either. It's like they were just playing around. They really should be aware of what dishes they have available.
