Once upon a time, Ashton was a fantastic deli known for its delicious sandwiches and a selection of beers from around the world. They offered microbrews long before they became trendy. It's disheartening to see how Ashton has changed. Local patrons now come in and mumble, often treating the new owners rudely. The once vibrant microbrew selection has been replaced by Colt 45, and the deli section is now closed. The aisles that used to be filled with canned goods and other items have vanished. Instead, they now sell junk food, cigarettes, cheap malt liquor, and lottery tickets. It's truly sad to witness this decline.
