Staff spends too much time on their phones and personal conversations instead of ensuring orders are correct and food is hot. You order extra ice and don't get it. I came here for lunch with my son mid week middle of the day it was nice bc there was security there and in this area and way life is nowadays, I appreciated that. He even held the door for me and my kid when we walked in and out.Food was great!
