After coming here for a while it’s been very inconsistent, mainly with the food. Usually at different locations the server fills up my bowl to the point where they have to smush the food but now here it’s not the case. For whatever reason depending on who it is they’re stingy with the portions, on top of that I was given a response about a particular food item that I wanted as if they didn’t want to make it again. I don't write a lot of reviews and negative ones at that, but this one has to be made.I usually order here from door dash but stopped in the actual location once. It looked like it was just hit by a hurricane. There was trash everywhere. The table tops, the seats, the floor, the counters, etc. Maybe they were just having a tough day, I don't know, but knowing it could get to that point made me not want to ever go back inside. The service was okay. Not super friendly but not super rude either. I don't really like judging people or service off my first experience so I don't want to say much on this. When their food is done right it's great, but in my experience it's a toss of a coin. The rice is often crunchy, the amount put in the bowls is very inconsistent, and I often find old chunks of chicken in my vegetarian dishes. At that point I just dump the whole thing. I'm over it. I'm done wasting money here.Vegetarian options: The options are great, but you're lucky if you don't find chicken in whatever you get.
Used the app to mobile pick up forgot multiple ingredients in my order and was still charged. No salsa, cheese, and barely any meat.
First time at this location. There was a drop of brown rice left and the young was going to try and scrape it up for my bowl. I kindly asked for new rice and he huffed, and went to back and came back with a full tin of fresh, hot, rice. That pisses me off because the food is ready to be refilled but your too lazy to replace. The red beans were dried out completely. They didn't have any grilled onions and peppers...the food quality was very low. They were all teenagers looking mad at the world. Even the guy in front of me wasn't happy because he was getting two wraps and he had to keep directing the same guy on how much to put because he barely was putting any food inside the wrap. Long story I will not back to this location even though it's closer. I rather Baltimore Pike where they teens are friendly, and better food quality not dried up food that's been sitting all and never refilled.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. So dirty and always “out” of everything.
The girl was so rude i left. She was on the phone and rolled her eyes and WALKED AWAY when i ordered… i work food service so i’m nice even when people are rude bc i get it but it was unbelievable.
