Great food, wonderful service. This was the first time I have eaten here and will go again. Conveniently located in Upper Arlington on Lane Ave in the shopping center!
Good and drinks were excellent, as always. However the service was pretty terrible. Our server enter introduced herself, never brought us a water for the table. It took forever to get anyone to even come over to the table to take our order and then very long for our food to come out. Never a check in or apology when we were waiting for our food to come. It took an hour from the time we ordered to the time our main course came out. We typically would have ordered dessert but didnât want to wait. Had to flag down our server and ask for the bill. Disappointing as we love the atmosphere and the food.
I just moved from Columbus last month. Came back this month for my birthday. Tried to use my birthday rewards the server took my phone with him. My phone times out after a minute he came back minutes later with my phone and said he couldnât do my birthday rewards and to use them next time. They are only good for one week. Im not going to cause a fuss over a birthday reward. But should of just gave it to me and wrote my number down instead of taking my phone. Thereâs a not of information on somethingâs phone.

The atmosphere is pleasant, with the garden room being a popular spot for events. While some diners experienced issues with their entrees, others found the flavors unique and enjoyable. The restaurant takes distancing protocols seriously, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall, SOW Plated provides a great dining experience for those looking for health-friendly and flavorful dishes in a relaxed environment.

Great meal! We had a large party and everyone enjoyed their food. Great price point too.
Food and service were outstanding! Will definitely be coming back here soon!
I took my mom here for lunch following her yearly Drs appointment. We celebrated a good report with a lovely lunch. Great food, cocktail and service. I will bring other out of town friends and family here.
SOW Plated consistently delivers excellent service with a friendly and efficient staff. The food is consistently delicious.
This restaurant is modern and charming, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and perfect for enjoying in the summer with its patio. The food is top-notch, inventive, organic, and clean. The whitefish and grain salad were amazing. However, the desserts, specifically the cobbler and yuzu pie, were not tasty.

Great place for everyday or celebrating special occasions!
Everyone should try the Harvest Salad. It has everything in it and if there is something you don't like, ask them to leave it out. We had our favorite server, Alexis. She is outstanding in explaining items and making sure you are taken care of.
Celebrated birthday with girls day out lunch! It was a fabulous experience all the way around!
Really delicious food! This was my first time there so I had no idea what to expect. The Faro salmon was amazing—buttery and flavorful. I had it with their harvest salad—that in itself was sooo good. Loved the unusual mulberries and sweet potato cubes in the salad. Sow Plated has discovered how to make healthy meals taste luxurious!

My first visit here was for brunch when they were relatively new. Everything was excellent, but they've since stopped serving brunch, so I won't go into much more detail. The only downside was they were really busy/popular and ran out of a few menu items. Overall, this place has a very appealing menu with hearty/organic/quality ingredients. Flavors and ingredient combos are on point; nothing on your plate is boring! The dates in the Mediterranean bowl were an unexpected, but thoughtful touch that made the dish excellent. They have a cool drink menu; you can get cocktail bar creativity, even without the booze. Carryout and curbside delivery are lightning fast. All-around, you're getting healthy food that doesn't taste healthy; you'll pay a premium for it, but it's worth it. SOW Plated has been added to my list of go-to spots for quick dinner!
Fresh with many organic and gluten free options. Reasonably portioned and priced. They offer creative and healthy cold pressed cocktails— try the beet. It is to die for! The various dining nooks allow for privacy and add character in the mostly open contemporary design. Happy to have uncovered this causal, yet elegant gem tucked away in Upper Arlington. An ideal “go-to” spot!
Outstanding! We're vegan and the options are delicious. Creative cocktails, too. Excellent meal and value. Highly recommend.
Visited after Thanksgiving because the menu offered many gluten free options for my son-in-law. The food was good, as was the service. Everyone in our party of 5 said that they would go back.
When you walk into SOW Plated, you instantly feel like you're on vacation. The bright, modern decor puts you into a light and cheery mood. The service is wonderful and the food is fantastic! Every dish I've had has been excellent the Harvest Salad, Beet Salad, Mediterranean Bowl and Southwestern Bowl were all delicious. Plenty of vegan and GF options. My only complaint is that I wanted to host a bridal shower there, and they were booked on the date I needed. I recommend booking early for special events!

Popped in for a late Sunday dinner after hitting town. Alec was Fanta at the bar and great pre-dinner apple drink and then great drink for the trout dinner. Green Chile soup the edamame wontons and trout special were fantastic. Great flavors. Love the fresh concept and quality ingredients. Go see Garret and Alec. Definitely a great find on a Sunday night. Will be back either with my local team or my friends who live in the area. Awesome food service quality product at a great price.
Salmon Sandwich was tasty Sat at he bar Bathrooms had a tricky faucet Nice server/bartender They didn't have any non alcoholic beers
My family has been coming to this restaurant for years. Food is incredible, would recommend the pesto pasta! Great service, amazing vibes. Always tastes like home.
Amazing food, great service and ambience. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious.
I enjoy the food, drinks and service every visit. The restaurant reminds me of my SoCal favorite restaurant. The menu is fresh, unique and seasonal. Every dish is perfectly balanced and made to order with local ingredients that satisfy my tastebuds. My favorite part of this restaurant is the cocktail menu. My boyfriend was shocked when I ordered a cocktail made out beet juice. He was instantly hooked after one sip. They recently added Happy Hour and Brunch which is exciting.

Delicious food, including safe gluten free options for myself (Celiac Disease). A bit fancy inside, but affordable prices! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Large selection of healthy food. The pumpkin ale beer was a great choice. I had the wagyu burger it was delicious! They have such a great menu you can’t go wrong. There’s plenty of parking and the seating inside or outside was very comfortable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My partner and I dined here after it being recommended by acquaintances but we will not be returning. The entire place felt very sterile and uninviting. There were very few other patrons there which felt odd in the space. We had the Wagyu Burger and felt it was underwhelming. We also shared a power bowl and were surprised at the price of adding protein. It was disappointing that any modifications cost a fee when we were told dietary accommodations are their strong suit? Our server wasn’t sure about us ordering off menu for drinks so we tried a few bland cocktails off of the menu. The whole experience just felt off and the staff, including management, all seemed miserable to be there. Overall the atmosphere felt immensely off at this establishment.

The experience here was great. Friendly service with a lot of really unique and cool menu items. We got the pad Thai and the chicken caprese sandwich. The sandwich wasn’t anything amazingly special but the pad Thai was awesome. Also the atmosphere wascharming and the coffee drink and raspberry tea were fantastic if a little costly.
Food taste great here. Given all the healthy options here I am surprised taste was not compromised. The first thing i noticed is that food is not over-salted the way most restaurants do. The flavors of the ingredients shine through, so give it a chancebefore asking for salt, especially the chicken. Mac and cheese is yummy and creamy with cashew sauce. If you like tofu theoption to add seared firm tofu adds a nice bite with light soy flavors. Oh btw, the tomato in the hummus is my fav- taste likea garden tomato from my grandma’s garden … so good except there is only a halfie Happy eating
I secretly wish this staff and cooks would let me live with them in a cute brick condo in German village because the food is that good!! Every time I come I try something new and it's delicious. This is one of the few places you can go and leave feelingmore nutritious without that glutton hangover you get from other places. I love the SOW burger and the yuzu tonic. The poke bowland cauliflower appetizer also was delicious. They constantly change up the menu and their mocktails are just as unique as anycocktail. It's my new go to place when visiting my parents and I want to feel rejuvenated!!
7/10 update: thank you SOW Plated for making the order mishap right. I really appreciate it and will be back!! 5-stars for customer service!!! Normally I really enjoy SOW. their bowls are great and I love that they have tofu options. Today; however,I just picked up the Mediterranean bowl for lunch. Was supposed to have tofu added, no olives. Instead I received the med bowlwith no tofu, no olives, and no roasted red peppers. $18 for a bowl of quinoa and a few veggies. Lid wasn't even properly on sothey obviously weren't done with it, but boxed it anyway. Disappointing.
Incredibly delicious food and drinks. I love all the nonalcoholic drink options. I’m vegetarian, my husband is pescatarian and my dad eats meat, and we all found dishes we absolutely loved. Can’t wait to go back. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
