Went here last evening on my own for my dinner. The girl who served me was nice friendly and my food was served hot fresh. Lovely big burger chips. Better than those big fast food chains who serve rubbish food. Will definitely be returning soon with my family. Hope this Upminster Wimpy never shuts.
Popped in this time before a business meeting and after one the previous time. We all say it “ not been to a Wimpy since I was a kid” well I must have too I guess. This is a great unpretentious eating place burger bar offering good food at an affordable price. Very clean, good simple food with speedy service and attentive staff.
We stopped by this restaurant for a fast fish and chips dinner before catching the train to London. Wimpy lives up to its reputation! The service was friendly, fast, and efficient, and the food was exactly as you would expect. It was very satisfying.

Much better than McDonald's. The food was freshly cooked and they took great care of my dietary restrictions. It was a 12-mile round trip but definitely worth it.
