This place has essentially maintained its quality and service but has outpriced itself. Food is all good, not great across the menu, which is solid for fast food. $20/person if you want anything other than the small hamburger combo though. Kids meal is over $10 for only 5 nuggets. WORST HAMBURGER flavorless, no sauce, fries were old, BEYOND DISSAPOINTED.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I thought the first time was just a bad experience but the second time was worse. Not friendly and always burn everything!!!!!
Went in last night order from kiosk since all the employees were talking and didn't attend us at the register so I ordered a kids meal as well asked the shift leader of the order he was making was with a kids meal since I seen he was packaging an applesauce he thab proceeded to state laughing that the kiosk gives me options etc I than responded with if the guy at register would of assisted I wouldn't be asking the guy was awful I just asked for refund and waited for my second order while he than proceeded to state I would of given you the food for free , the fries upgrade and than stated it's not my fault you are hungry all day mind you pregnant eight months and two broken legs I left wow wow
We ordered the Ahi tuna charbroil and it was disgusting ?. The tuna had a strong smell, and taste. I told the girl behind the counter and she shrugged her shoulders. Horrible customer service. No offer of any kind to make it right. The tuna smelt and tasted like it has set in thier fridge for over a week. Gross! This chain location I do not recommend, a rip off!
