My family arrived at 7:00, just two hours before the... read more Wow, where should I begin? I typically enjoy Panera Bread, but my experience tonight was quite interesting. My family arrived at 7:00, just two hours before the restaurant closed at 9:00. However, when we went to place our order, we were told that there were no baguettes available for sides and no tomato basil bread for the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Furthermore, most of the tables inside were dirty. When I went to use the restroom, I found the floors covered in soapy water and the soap dispenser broken. Despite these issues, the food was still good, as usual. My father spoke to the manager and was able to receive the sides of bread that were supposedly not available, and we were given a cookie as an apology. Overall, it was a strange experience.

This Panera is terrible. Every time I order food to go, it takes over 20-30 mins extra for them to prepare. Then when I get the food, it?s soggy (no idea how it... read more This Panera is terrible. Every time I order food to go, it takes over 20-30 mins extra for them to prepare. Then when I get the food, it?s soggy (no idea how it?s soggy since I just ordered it), or the order is wrong, or they?ve put my order in someoneelse?s bag and make it extremely awkward for me to have to ask them for it since I never received it. I have a very soft voiceand I try to be nice but I always get met with rude, curt responses. If I need to, I?ll eat inside. But don?t even think aboutordering to go here. I gave this place a year too, before I wrote anything bad about them.
