My family arrived at 7:00, just two hours before the... read more Wow, where should I begin? I typically enjoy Panera Bread, but my experience tonight was quite interesting. My family arrived at 7:00, just two hours before the restaurant closed at 9:00. However, when we went to place our order, we were told that there were no baguettes available for sides and no tomato basil bread for the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Furthermore, most of the tables inside were dirty. When I went to use the restroom, I found the floors covered in soapy water and the soap dispenser broken. Despite these issues, the food was still good, as usual. My father spoke to the manager and was able to receive the sides of bread that were supposedly not available, and we were given a cookie as an apology. Overall, it was a strange experience.
