The food was lukewarm and quickly became cold after being served. My green burrito was drenched in green sauce, making it soggy and unpleasant to eat. The two friendly young men working seemed more focused on chatting and laughing with each other than ensuring our order was complete. Walked into the restaurant at 8 am on Monday. Bathroom is locked with special code needed for entry. Tried to ask the lady working for access and she totally blew us off. Finally she came over and I was allowed entry into the bathroom. She was rude, definitely not good customer service skills. We were then told they had no iced coffee.Bad service and out of food find somewhere else that DOES want my business.

Eating is okay, but the service is terrible. they really don't care and are often really rude. the bk in rancho is better.
I spent 20$ on a meal they only gave me one bbq sauce when I went to ask for another they wanted to charge me both large lady’s very aggressive and flipped me off Refused to give me number to HR Burger King do better !!
