For any non German speaking guests like myself) have no fear. Most of the staff speaks English as well. The room was bright and clean. The restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food and service here are impeccable. There is a large buffet breakfast available in the mornings as well. Alex's, the house bistro/bar has a full bar and menu after 6pm. Great bartenders and a chance to talk to other travelers. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little bit off from the city center (about 10km from the city center). We book a room for 5 people. It came with all the amenities. Our room was very big as it was a 2 story room. The front desk has croissants, fresh fruits and coffee in the morning for hotel patrons. I would stay here again

I w... read more We arrived in Munich during Octobefest. We stayed in airbnb's with plenty space prior to our arrival. We wanted an airbnb in Munich as well, but no success. I was not looking forward to a hotel stay, but was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is definetly more comparable to a Hyatt Hotel in America than the Holiday Inn brand. We had plenty of room for 3 people, they gave us two adjoining rooms with two bathrooms! The room was spotless, the beds were big comfy and best of all...after a long journey from Paris and a liter mug of beer from a beer garden near the main train station...we were professionally received by a pleasant young lady with a tattoo on her forearm who was very able to communicate to us in English. I only mention the tatoo so her manager can acknowledge her and give her due credit. We easily took two S-bahns to get here from the main train station (about 10 minutes on each bahn, no big deal), but definitely worth it for the price and value of this quality hotel.

It was not far from the... read more Fabulously spacious hotel room. I would stay here again for sure. The beds were comfy , the room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was not far from the city center. We took a cab, four of us and it was about 25 Euros. Our room was actually two rooms, the first had one sofa, made as a bed, with chairs tv, etc. The second room had a bed for two plus a single bed. It was very spacious.

They even gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost. The suite was lovely! The restaurant and bar on site was quite nice and the breakfast in the same location was simply amazing. The only con is that it 's not in the center of town but that was intentional on our part. We wanted more of a peaceful evening than a bustling city. In addition, there is a grocery store within walking distance and several great restaurants in the town. I highly recommend this hotel for both value and surroundings!
