I am an ass in criticizing the gastronomic in the limmattal. no annoying and relaxation when eating pure, that is for me: witschi’s (and only a few more pearls.) witschi’s offers a lot of what I cannot cook in my own kitchen. he has been constantly cooking here for decades; seasonal and peaky.We order oysters, autumn fresh wild boar with mushrooms and root vegetables. the amuse canopy like a wonderful bag consisting of curry snacks, salmon-startare and randenmousse. for selection are also lobster, delicate sticks and bison meat. everything from delicate taste! who creates a vanille soufflé as luculcious as a cloud? we order one to dessert. the passions fruit sauce dissolutely rounds off the sweet. the sorbet cool as againstpool to heat.
