Never a manager around if its not the morning, only a few workers actually know how to make drinks and food right... this location is just goingdown hill and sad for a new building

There's a lot of drama among the staff, with some employees working hard while others just stand around looking confused. The managers are rarely on duty, except in the mornings, and only a few staff members seem to know how to prepare drinks and food correctly. It’s unfortunate to see this location neglecting its potential, especially since it’s in a new building.

The Unity Dunkin is a beautiful new store with nice group of employees. They were jus... read more This was the longest wait I've ever experienced at a Dunkin' drive-thru—over 15 minutes. The parking lot was empty, with only one car ahead of me. They were just picking up a box of donuts. How can it take that long to grab 12 donuts from the menu? The staff was unprofessional and rude, and I could hear employees laughing and yelling inside, which was very disappointing.
