The Pho here is delicious! Our teams usually get the Pho Ga or Pho Tai. Love the broth with the hint of cinnamon. The service is also exceptional. Definitely my trip to Pho Spot in Bellevue! View all feedback.
What Sylvester Satterfield doesn't like about Pho Cyclo Cafe:
Very average, the phobic is very fat. Prices are for Bellevue: expensive. If you want pho, you can get it here, but I won't return. Bung is fine, decent part of the protein, but for a restaurant that has Pho in its name, it does not entirely deliver on the Pho. View all feedback.
Excellent lunch spot with generous portions, reasonable prices, and a clean digs. Sirloin and meatball pho was good. Would not get the meatballs again. Strange texture for those used to Americanized meatballs.

There are many pho places in Bellevue and the east side. This place beats everything in the Bellevue area for Chicken Pho (Pho Ga). The key is its broth slightly spicy, umami and an extremely deep flavor profile. Very popular lunch place, so expect a line most days.
Chicken Bánh mì was NOT very good, way too salty to the point that I could not finish it. Worse yet, they REALLY skimp on the vegetables (cheapest part of sandwich) ... like they give you 4 of each when other restaurants will have theirs overflowing with tasty vegies. Pork Bánh mì was good but lacked vegies. Sandwich prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for here. Surprised they did not have authentic or traditional Bánh mì.
Got the Pho Tai Nam Bo Vien and it was just as amazingly delicious as the last time I had it pre-pandemic.
