What Pinkie Muller doesn't like about McDonald's Restaurant:
Every time I come to this place, they get something wrong and then argue with me. Even as little as I said, I didn't order an ice cream coffee when I did and refused to put it in ice because I didn't lazy, ignorant staff. Management deff must choose their employees better. I come to this McDonald's at 3503 Lakeview Pkwy Rowlett TX almost every morning in the Drive thru on my way to work. When I get to the Drive thru window, most days I am greeted with a big smile by Miguel. He is always friendly, courteous and makes me laugh. Customer service is very important to me and he makes my day. Miguel is a great employee! View all feedback.

This place is the worst. Stuck in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Pitiful!! Didn't even apologize for the long wait.
Pull up in drive through only one other car. Make a simple order.
