What Serenity Realty LivingLLC doesn't like about Cocco's Pizza:
My husband ordered a Detroit style pizza. The pizza was over cooked and burnt. I called to inform them the condition of the pizza. A female answered the phone asked me to hold while she got her manager. A male got on the phone and pretend to be handling the issue. He put me on hold, the female picked back up I guess by a mistake. Put me back on hold then tge call was disconnected. I called back and a guy by tge name... View all feedback.

A female answered the phone asked me to hold while she got her manager. A male got on the phone and pretend to be handling the issue. He put me on hold, the female picked back up I guess by a mistake. Put me back on hold then tge call was disconnected. I called back and a guy by tge name of Donni answered. I explained to him why I was calling. He told me to call back @6 because the manager was not there. I asked for the guy that I was on hold for and he refused to put him on the phone,he said he was assisting another customer. The way they handled the issue was not customer satisfaction issue was not resolved.... Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30
I ordered pizza and something has changed. The pizza was not as good as it usually is. The inside of the crust was almost like it had an air bubble all the way around, the bottom was over cooked and whoever made the pizza smashed it into the box even though it didn't fit. The mozzarella sticks crumbled because they were over done as well. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2
They’re very quick and pizza is consistently good. Awesome! Food: 5 Service: 5
Just had the worst experience here. Started with our food being subpar. We use to frequent Coccos regularly under the old management. However since the change our experience with food quality has declined. Today marked our last time as we saw rats in the glow counter and were then treated rudely when we ask to speak to management and for our meal to be compensated after our experience. Overall a terrible experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
This is a review that I never thought I would ever have to write. Cocco's in Primos was a family favorite of ours for about 30 something years. It was our default meal most weekends when my children were young. We even introduced the next generation in my grandchildren. It is where I met up with many of friends throughout the years to hangout, eat some decent food and catchup. I have to say I was skeptical when I heard the original owner was selling it to new owners. But even with that I still was willing to give them a try and continue our tradition as a family to meet up from time to time and enjoy a meal. Well, lets just say my initial concerns came to be reality for me. We went not to long after it was sold. It was ok but I could taste the shift in the quality of the food and the atmosphere was different, but not enough for me to not go back. We went back this past Sunday and I can say very definitively that I will not be returning. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was giving me Steak-Um type vibes and the French Fries were not what I like. Now all that is subjective and my opinion. Now what put the nail in the coffin for me was watching a mouse or rat (don't know what it was) running back and forth between the glass that is on the front of their counter. I was the only one to see it and as I was telling my family about it, it ran back and forth again and my other family members witnessed it. I am very well aware that food establishments have rodents and bugs that they contend with on a regular basis. But for the most part their patrons do not encounter them because of their due diligence in pest control. Unfortunately, we had already eaten most of our food so needless to say some felt like vomiting. We brought it to managers attention and he did mention they just had the exterminator out that Friday. Seeing the rodent combined with the quality and taste of the food going downhill, I will not be spending my hard earned money there any more. I'm not telling anyone else what to do, take this review how you feel.
