Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered a Acai Bowl online, got to the store at 5:25 to pick up the order that was scheduled for pickup at 5:30. After them looking for the order they decided to make it, then after searching for the ingredients, they realized they did not have any acai, so they couldn't make it. Then told me to go to a different Store. I didn't have time to drive to another store, so I told them to credit my account. They said I had to do that online. So when I tried it said I couldn't because it was past the order time. I have request a refund online 3 different times and no luck. I have now had to get my bank involved and dispute the transaction. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Slow to make the food and when they finish it they won't say anything and will put it in the wrong spot. Waited 10 minutes for no reason because they can't think to keep an order
