The owner of Subway should be ashamed to run a business that is so understaffed and poorly managed. Moses built the ark faster than it took to make a sandwich here—unbelievable. Good luck turning a profit when it took 45 minutes in the drive-thru for just two Footlong meals. To make matters worse, an employee cut her finger and was bleeding everywhere, yet no one called for help. What a shame, especially considering the menu options available.
You can't beat Subway— for $8.95, you get a freshly made Italian sub loaded with plenty of meat. Some places in Uniontown charge $11 or more for the same sandwich.
I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. A young woman with a headset was just standing there instead of assisting customers. The two cars behind me eventually left too. This location definitely needs a major improvement.
