Although their soft opening was a bit chaotic, the disorganization didn’t overshadow the outstanding quality of the food. I'm looking forward to their official reopening and hope they start strong. I also want to highlight that my server, Jessica, was amazing!

Very different setup than the chinese restaurant that was in the building but in a good way. I'd say give it a go if you'reinterested about trying it. Seafood was their buffet special but I'm not a seafood person besides shrimp... the chicken, Mac andcheese, and mashed potatoes (beef and white gravy) were all good. My party left full and happy

The restaurant has a very different layout com... read more The food at Shoney's was surprisingly good, reminding me of the old Golden Corral in Uniontown, but much cleaner! The restaurant has a very different layout compared to the Chinese place that used to be in the building, and it's a positive change. If you're curious, I definitely recommend trying Shoney's menu. Their buffet featured seafood as the special, though I'm only a fan of shrimp when it comes to seafood. The chicken, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes with beef and white gravy were all tasty. My group left full and satisfied.
