Kasai - Uniontown

Stopped in for lunch last week with a friend. I've passed this place a hundred times and had always wanted to stop in, just never had. It's cozy inside for sure, but it wasn't crowded for a Wednesday lunch. The service was quick and friendly. The food was good, but I didn't find the lunch portion of the chicken hibachi very filling. Tried a little sushi for the first time. I'd go back, but I'm in no hurry to do so.

This restraunt has been my favorite since 2014 for sushi and gyoza. Wonderful prices for such good quality. Service is attentive and efficient. Sushi wise: the rice has the prrfect flavor and texture and they put large amount of the filling/ingredients and is balanced. Their gyoza is perfectly cooked and melts in your mouth.
