Ordered off of Uber Eats because I was at work. I ordered grilled cheese and all I got was two pieces of dry bread, not buttered or toasted at all with crusty cheese. Paid 35.00 for two drinks for myself and a coworker and this nasty looking sandwich and a couple of smooshed hashbrowns. Do better. My child can make a grilled cheese correctly. Both sides of a supposed grilled cheese is in pics.
Horrible service! They don’t get the order right and give customers the wrong order. I wish I could give zero stars.
I came in because I couldn’t fit into the newly renovated drive thru and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes. People from the drive thru were coming in to say their orders were wrong. DoorDash or were told they didn’t have the food. People ordered in stock and my food was cold. This was an absolutely horrid experience.
Employees here are great. Never had a bad experience and have been in and out under 5 min. Drive thru yesterday took 2 min. Great service!!!
Literally NEVER makes my drink right, my family always warns me about how bad this location sucks but sometimes it’s more convenient than driving to the one on shuffle. I get a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. They either forget the cream, or the sugar, they’d forget the coffee if it didn’t fill the entire cup.
