No croissants... read more No warning on doors or anywhere inside, but they don't take a bill bigger than a 20. Didn't even have 10 different kinds of donuts to choose from. No croissants for the sandwich I wanted. Then the bread I settled on for the sandwich was supposed to beTOASTED. It wasn't and I hate sourdough bread unless it is toasted. -Oh, they may have gone through the motions of toasting iton THE lightest setting ever created, buuut... Coffee was great, of course. Food wasn't. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy and Iwent literally across the street from picking up my food to eat it.. no way there was enough time for them to cool thatsignificantly. Donuts aren't frosted like they used to be.. barely a good DRIZZLE of frosting, spread THIN... c'mon, DD, do youreally need to get THIS cheap and show the greedy side of the corporation that badly?!?!

Then the coffees were disgusting to where we had to throw them out. The donuts literally have no icing or filling in them. Didn't give us areceipt probably so we wouldn't complain. Find a different Dunkin to go to if you can.

I ordered grilled cheese and all I got was two pieces of dry bread, not buttered or toasted at all with crusty cheese. Paid 35.00 for two drinks for myself and a coworker and this nasty looking sandwich and a couple of smooshed hashbrowns. Do better. My child can make a grilled cheese correctly. Both sides of a supposed grilled cheese is in pics.

People from the drive thru were coming in to say th... read more I came in because I couldn’t fit into the newly renovated drive thru and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes. People from the drive thru were coming in to say their orders were wrong. DoorDash or were told they didn’t have the food. People ordered in stock and my food was cold. This was an absolutely horrid experience.
