I used to have a high opinion of the Arby's on Morgantown Road in Uniontown, but in the past four months, the quality has taken a nosedive. The new manager seems unable to do his job; instead of focusing on orders, he prefers to stand around and chat. When he does take an order, he manages to get it completely wrong despite reading it back to me. I can’t see myself returning to a place where the manager is not doing his job properly. This Arby's used to have fantastic management and excellent employees, but now it's just terrible. Today, I went without lunch because of the manager’s mistakes—especially frustrating since I struggle with low blood sugar and need to eat regularly. It’s ridiculous that he can repeat orders correctly but chooses to chat instead of ensuring the food is prepared right. I won't be coming back until there are some improvements.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and it was cold when it arrived. There was too much mayonnaise, and when I picked it up, everything fell out from the other side. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while. As someone in the food business myself, I certainly wouldn't serve something like this.
I ordered a Swiss Thousand Island dressing and sauerkraut, but what I received was meat and bread!
I stopped by for a quick meal, and I couldn’t help but overhear the staff in front of me using inappropriate language. One employee even asked another if she would clean his house wearing nothing but lingerie. When I received my food, I pointed out to the staff how unprofessional their language was, but instead of addressing my concern, the employee just walked away. The manager was right there and was also part of the conversation, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of their rude behavior.
