Usually they are very friendly and love the business we give them. On this particular day the food service worker amazing as always. The cashier must 've beenhaving a bad day! I asked if he had applied my hofstra discount (mind you I am wearing Hofstra gear, lanyard and ID) he said Ican 't read your mind you didn 't show me your ID . Very true, I didn 't show him my ID. The correct/appropriate responseshould 've/could 've been no you didn 't show me your ID. I responded No, I don 't expect you to be a mind reader, here is myID. It was at most $1.00 less than the original bill. I don 't need that dollar but the attitude was uncalled for. He thenpurposely delayed giving me my order. He gave two other folks their food before mine (mine was ready first). I guess hisshortness in stature affects his thought process and personality as well. If you don 't like working in the food serviceindustry get another job. Please don 't bring your negativity to work and ruin it for the rest of us taking a break to get somefood.

The Sicilian slice i ordered had wayy to much sauce on it and it was the thinnest slice i'veever seen. Not enough cheese. The buffalo chicken was dry. Left over from yesterday??
