Very hard working staff. They are so overworked I feel so sorry for the staff. Give them a better pay and treatment. Customers should have more patience and gratitude.
I gave this restaurant three stars primarily for the customer service, but I deducted two stars due to poor maintenance. I've visited this location around five times over the past two months, and it really needs a thorough cleaning!
It"s Dunkin. But the employee talks really fast no one understood him. He shld notice that he has to repeat himself all the time. Also they ran out of holders for my larges cups of coffee.
I received cold tea instead of hot tea. The staff needs to be more attentive to customers' orders.
What can I say? It meets all your expectations, and that is certainly a good thing.
