Raja Sweets Indian Cuisine - Union City

I ordered Samosas, Samosa Chaat, and fish fry. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was delicious. All the dishes were made fresh and served promptly. I will definitely visit again! Food rating: 5/5.

This is a fantastic place to grab fresh vegetable or meat samosas, as well as delicious Indian sweets! They also have a restroom available. Overall, I rate the food 5 out of 5!

The food was exceptional, complemented by excellent service. Chef Ravi showcases remarkable talent and creativity in every dish he serves. Each plate is a stunning work of art, beautifully arranged and featuring an incredible balance of flavors and textures. It's clear that the highest-quality ingredients are used, as every bite is packed with freshness and excellence. Food rating: 5/5.

Review for the Desserts at Raja The freshness of the desserts in the glass case are either really good or disappointingly hard and stale. There's no in-between. At $10 /lb for an assorted box of sweets you'd think that they would either make smaller batches or have better quality control. At the most recent visit, luckily only a few of the assorted barfi were stale (4 out of 5 stars). In a previous visit in late 2022, easily 2/3 of the box was inedible (2 out of 5 stars). Average rating: 3 stars I hate to give a poor review but the quality has definitely gone downhill from our first visit in 2019. If Raja makes changes to how they handle their desserts, I will gladly revise the review.

Great place to get your food catered. We had our wedding reception in Fresno, CA and I got a quote from Ravinder Singh at Raja Sweets. He gave us great price for the food and didn't charge anything extra to drive out to Fresno for catering. Wonderful management and always willing to work with you. Very reasonable prices even with last minute menu changes. The food was REALLY REALLY GOOD and everyone loved it. I would 10/10 recommend this place and contact Ravinder Singh for your catering needs.
