Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Union City Kuài Lè Xiǎo Yáng

I had lunch on Sunday with 4 adults and 1 infant at this restaurant. The meat was great, sliced thinly and perfect for hot pot. The server seated us in a quiet corner, which was a good spot for families with little kids, showing thoughtfulness on their part. However, one thing that bothered me was that the check was brought to the table while we were still eating. When we tried to order more meat, we were informed that our dine-in time had been limited to 90 minutes, so we couldn't order more meat but could still get food from the self-serve bar. We were not informed about this time limit beforehand and did not see it anywhere on the menu, posters, or signs. We would have understood if we had been informed in advance.

I enjoyed my experience at Happy Lamb because they provided small individual hot pots. Our server was friendly, although they did forget some of our drinks. However, they quickly apologized and brought them to us. The self-serve food bar had limited options compared to other conveyor belt hotpot restaurants, but it was still better than waiting for food from a server. I did find it silly that they charged an extra $1.99 for the sauce bar, which should be included in the all-you-can-eat fee. The meat cuts were fresh, and they even had a self-serve ice cream machine, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

This restaurant offers one of the best hot pot experiences! The two broths I tried were incredibly flavorful and the meats were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic place to dine!

We really love this place and we come here. Maybe once a month and we are always happy with the food. The service the cleanliness and we do not feel that it's too expensive. Very nice place to come to
