Primo's Italian Cuisine And Catering

Tonight for dinner, a server managed to seat a sailor in 40 minutes despite a full dining room of over 40 people. She handled the situation gracefully, especially when a rude customer complained about the wait for food. Within minutes of the complaint, the server apologized twice to the customer at the table. I hope the owner recognizes the value they have in this server and rewards her with a spa day soon! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Where I come from, you never wait more than an hour to be seated and your glass is never empty. Debbie, you were amazing!

The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the service was lacking. My wife ordered a gluten-free pizza and I ordered a stromboli. Unfortunately, my wife was served a Greek pizza twice before they finally got her order right. The dining room was cleared out twice before she received the correct food. The waitress got our order wrong the first time, and the kitchen made it wrong the second time. We were not even offered a discount for the long wait and incorrect order.

We must return! We have never tasted better meat lasagna, eggplant parmesan, Greek salad, or bacon cheeseburger anywhere, not even in Johnson City. Whether dining in or taking out, it is always the best with generous portions.

We are happy to have such a wonderful place to eat in our community. eating is always amazing.

Dinner order of spaghetti with meat sauce was made with chunks of canned tomatoes and approx a tablespoon of meat Zero garlic on garlic bread and bread tasted old Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional wait staff. When asked to get our order, the waitress let out a dramatic sigh and rolled her eyes. We are sweet, friendly, southern folks and we didn't deserve that Prices are ridiculous for what you get. We ordered a large loaded and expensive pizza a couple of weeks ago, and there were hardly any toppings. This happened last year with sandwiches, and the owner said he would comp us a meal, which he forgot about when we came back the next week I'm sending this review to the Primos corporate headquarters. We need a good Italian restaurant in Unicoi!
