What Holly Janik likes about Black Market Stp:
Best meat I've ever had by far!! We got the beef brisket and the pork shoulder and I liked the beef the best. Even the environment was fun! A friendly employee got my meet for me and there were some plastic tables and chairs to sit at (though only a few, might have to bring your own? . It had a fun community feel and a live band. We'll have to come back again! View all feedback.

The brisket is awesome! As well as the beef short ribs! Fall off the bone tender, not smothered in sauce just a nice dry rub, perfect!
