I originally left a nice review and got this response from the owner: 'wrong shop buddy, no delivery and I have better things to do than write smiley faces on boxes. I reviewed the wrong place 5 stars meant for Nags Head Pizza which is where your business should go. There 's a reason this guy is a one man show ...no one wants to work for him. Go elsewhere. Great pizza! We ordered 2 large pizzas; pepperoni and sausage! Both were great!

We got the an order of Buffalo and an order of Sweet and Spicy. I totally wasn’t expecting wings from a pizza place to be this good. The price can’t be beat either. $55 for two large pies and two orders of wings. What a deal! This dude is cranking out some awesome food and Madison’s will be our go to pizza spot every time we come back to the beach.

I spent a week in the Outer Banks eating seafood and other dishs but Madisons was my favorite meal of the trip!Got the Margarita and it was amazing. Owner seems like a cool guy to.
Last night of vacay in OBX didn’t want to go out or cook. Couldn’t decide which pizza to get so we got 3. They did not disappoint!!! The pizza shop smelled amazing, service was good and the pizza…. AMAZING!!!
