I was supposed to leave on January 10, 2024, and even went to the SureStay Hotel in SeaTac, Washington, fully packed and ready to go. To my shock, I was treated with such rudeness! I received no information and was simply directed to call their safety team, where I learned that I didn't qualify for the position. I asked why they couldn't inform me of this before I made the trip, and the representative said HR would reach out to me, but I have yet to hear anything. It's worth noting that I worked in Alaska for Icicle Seafoods and successfully completed two contracts over three years after my surgery. So, I'm left wondering why I wasn't contacted sooner. After going through so many hoops and making numerous attempts to reach them, it's incredibly disappointing that this company couldn't even have the decency to communicate with me, either way. Now, they don’t even answer their phones. This experience has been shockingly unprofessional!
