I was delighted to attend the remembrance class, and it did not disappoint. Myron and his team made us feel right at home, served an abundance of delicious food, and answered any questions we had—except for his coleslaw recipe, of course! I would definitely do it again! View all feedback.

My husband learned a lot about smoking meat during Myron Mixon's cooking class. He had a fantastic time and enjoyed meeting the winningest man in BBQ.

Myron is very mindful of the money participants invest in his school and ensures that you get more than your money's worth. And the food—wow! No expense is spared. The program includes plenty of instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Whether you're a weekend backyard grill master or an experienced restaurateur, you'll definitely improve your skills. Myron didn’t become the winningest man in BBQ by chance!
This is by far on the best barbecue school! Myron Mixon is incredibly inviting and personable... He really cares about people taking his class and treat you like family : very generous with what he offers and the food is delicious!
Enjoyed the class. Understand better why to do things. Glad I went.
