Even though the restaurant was full, they made an incredible effort to find us a spot. Once at the premises, the girls who attended us were charming and very attentive. The food, Michelin level. We started with some croquettes that were pure perfection: creamy, intense and soooo good. Then, we tried the Ekotalo de Morcilla (we still don't know exactly what Ekotalo means, but it was delicious) and some mushrooms that were a spectacle, surely very fresh thanks to the climate of the area. For main courses, the beef cheeks and ribs were a real delight: tender, juicy and divine. To close, the desserts were not far behind: the baked cheesecake and the cheese with quince closed with a flourish. The price, very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The atmosphere, warm and welcoming. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended place, but it is better to book a couple of days in advance because it is clear that it is not a well-kept secret.
