But in this Hotel-Restaurant they welcomed us as we were guests and we ate well, so much to return twice during the stay in Val D'Ultimo. At the first visit we were a little late, the gourmet menu would have claimed too much time, no problem and understandable. At the second time, the restaurant is fully equipped with a family celebration, we wait for a table at a cool blonde at the vault. Very friendly service despite the utilisation. Table cover very high quality laundry, cutlery, glasses.. and clean. Culinary: beer well gifted and in proper temperature, very good Spanish red wine at reasonable price, also in correct temperature chambre , not room please! The house offers a gourmet menu on two plates, everything was visually and culinary at a high level and perfect for two people. Tuna Carpaccio with a delicious Vinaigrette: absolutely high quality fish, slightly too thick cut, very plentiful, then Tagliatelle with Rehgulasch, al dente the pasta and delicious the meat and the sugo. As a result, a carrot ginger cream soup, no revelation but delicious. Then a crispy roasted rump steak with herbal butter, absolutely perfect, crisp vegetable supplement and potato buffer. Resümee: upscale kitchen at reasonable price in cozy ambience - what more do you want?
