What Angelica Giurma doesn't like about Papillon:
Penne Milanese were awful, no spices used at all, tasted like pure canned tomato sauce. The Roma pizza was slightly better than the pastas, but still far from the 4+ stars they currently have on google. Service was also not great, maybe due to the language barrier.
