The staff was very... read more We had a casual lunch at this cafe on of the banks of the Danube, just a short walk from the munsterplatz, the location of the Ulm cathedral. The staff was very friendly even though they were a bit overwhelmed by the big crowd due...to a wonderful Indian summer day. The food was really just average, but fairly priced.

I stopped here because of the beautiful outdoor seating they had which was right next to the creek that flows through Ulm. The service was great and the food was spectacular. I enjoyed a well poured hefe-weizen and some goatcheese during my wait for my dinner. The goat cheese was fried to perfection and was very tasty. My main course was the Swabian plate....which include pork fillets and Mautasche over cheese spaetzl with a wonderful sauce. The food arrived in a very timely manner and service was on par. If you want to visit Ulm and need a place to have a drink and a tasty meal.....check this place out....you wont be disappointed.
