Ordered at 6:10 p.m., delivery time 30 minutes according to the operator! Called at 7:28 p.m. to ask if deliveries were still being made? No answer, hardly any... read more Ordered at 6:10 p.m., delivery time 30 minutes according to the operator! Called at 7:28 p.m. to ask if deliveries were still being made? No answer, hardly any German spoken. At 7:43 p.m., the doorbell rang persistently, then there was a knock at full force. I went out fully dressed and refused to accept the delivery: it was too late and probably too cold, and the driver claimed he'd been there for 30 minutes. I left the driver standing there and asked him to leave the building!! I'll never order from there again!!!
