we were tensed to 100 degrees after we had already read some about the rebuilding of the boiling point and the resulting new restaurant 100 degrees, but then were somewhat disappointed by the atmosphere. we also like it purist and modern, but it has missed the feeling moments. the room reminded us of a kantine rather than a modern but cozy restaurant. great was that the wine card was also accessible from the boiling... What Helen Brand doesn't like about 100 Grad:
menucompilation failed, dined were not eaten, no table responsibility from the service, partly not appearing from the service, no wein afterservice. long waited for billing. pleasant atmosphere. the spagat between top-restaurant siedepunkt and Casual-Level 100grad has not yet succeeded. A high quality restaurant kitchen in which the service (still) does not reach this level. the service is very pleasing and friendly, but always confused. against end, it was hard to get a service performance to receive further beverage orders. also want the restaurant at events several guests over the same time, here the cash is a tight fit and the payment process takes unusually long.
We had two appointments for dinner. the burgers were disappointing, cheap Burger white bread, tough bark chop. the salate (as main dish) for vegetarian so small that they pass loosely as a simple supplement salad. when we were asked by the friendly service after eating, from everything had been in order, except the note that she will report it in the kitchen, no reaction. bio chicken or maispoularde are unfortunately in vain at the main dishes.

Breakfast was medium-class hotel breakfast, not better not worse
We had a table in 100 degrees, as we wanted to try out the new concept. we already know the boiling point, but wanted to do without the fine dining. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the 100 degree of this day will not be opened or will remain closed due to the disease. so we didn't have a choice and we had to go back to the boiling point. we would have wanted to be informed in advance. therefore only 1 star for the 100 degree in the overall assessment. but 4 stars for all other criteria, as eating in the boiling point was naturally delicious.
