We c... read more Les Moles is a Michelin Restaurant located in the surroundings of Ulldecona, the last town before the border with País Valencià, in the South of Catalonia. We came here the last years in July and we always repeat! Really it is one of the best Michelin Restaurants in Catalonia. This time, we decided to taste the degustation menu related with a story. Really a full experience of food, wine, story and explanations of the very friendly staff and an incredible cooker. We decided taste the Introspective degustation menu and really it was fantastic! A real full experience! About 4-5 hours enjoying with some dishes with local products almost all of them. Also, some the staff finish the preparation of some of the dishes in the table, so you can see this magic moment. A real lovely dinner! (See also Hotel Bon Lloc)

I came here sometimes and always the experience is amazing! Food, recommended wines, the place, the staff, the chef, all, all, all is perfect! We decided to taste the Tradition Menu, which has the following dishes: 3 starters, basil and tomato soup, squid hamburger with allioli sauce, lamb rice with herbs, pork meat with sweet potato and yogurt with fruits. Also we drank recommended wines, a white wine Celtis Australis Criança and a red wine of Les Moles, very nice both. At the end, as always, the chef come, and we could speak with he about pandemic times and the restaurant. Great person! Really, He deserves Michelin Star. We will return again!

It was the third time we came here and it was great again!!! they change the gastronomical menu every year, and really it is an excellent option to come here to taste them. This year we came here to eat the Sediments menu, which was really excellent. The menu has some starters, five first dishes almost all of them fish , three second ones of meat and four desserts. All great! wonderful! excellent! Also, the place is very comfortable I would like to stay here during hours and the staff is always very friendly and they recommended us the best wines of the region in this case, a white wine called Carmen, which is his own wine, and a red wine called Mon Pare My Father from Les Vinyes del Convent Winery in Horta de Sant Joan, which was excellent . And the cooker is very friendly us, you always speak with him in the three times we came here. Really, he is a great person, who enjoy with his job. I hope we will return in a next future in 2021 !
