An older place with character. Service a bit slow considering it wasn't overly busy yet seemed to have plenty of staff. Food was fresh and very tasty.

There wa... read more Unfortunately I can't give a comment on the coffee or food but can say that the service is extremely poor. My wife went to order for us at the counter. There was a female staff member behind the counter having a conversation, for a few minutes, with a customer about their son's only eating toast. Whilst customer relations is part of good service, courtesy would dictate acknowledging other waiting customers even though the staff member looked directly at my wife and then looked away ignoring her. We have vowed not to revisit this eatery where rudeness and high prices go hand in hand.

In addition to catering to vegetarians, they also have a few meat dishes, making it a great choice for when I'm dining with my non-vegan husband. The food was of high quality and we were both pleased with our choices. I highly recommend trying the Vegan Massaman Curry, which is made with nuts, mushrooms, pumpkin, and fried shallots served with rice and quinoa. The sauce had a delicious flavor that left me wanting more. I also enjoyed a perfect almond cappuccino. This cafe is dog-friendly and operates on a system where you order at the counter and your meals are delivered to your table.
